The rumors are true, according to Sarah Palin: The McCain-Palin campaign was not a happy family.
And she says that most of her legal bills were generated defending what she called frivolous ethics complaints, but she reveals that about $500,000 was a bill she received to pay for the McCain campaign vetting her for the VP nod.
She said when she asked the McCain campaign if it would help her financially, she was told McCain's camp would have paid all the bills if he'd won; since he lost, the vetting legal bills were her responsibility.

The lack of an index is a tweak at the DC establishment. All those McCain staffers who tried to throw her under the bus, can’t flip open the back and see if and where Sarah talks about them. They have to read the whole book!

Maybe it’s a good thing they are showing it. Otherwise, people might accidentally buy it. Better the public is aware that a ‘fake’ book is being sold.

That sounds like an EXCELLENT strategy for dealing with members of the State Run Media!

Republican Commissars Warning: By joining this ping list, you may be subjected to the delusional rants and ramblings of McCainiacs, of "moderate" Republicans, of pragmatic conservatives resigned to voting for the lesser of two Democrats, and of countless RNC shills who simply want to meet a new overlord. |

****She actually had to pay for her OWN vetting..INCREDIBLE. McCain was the one that chased her and wanted HER to be his Vice President, yet SHE had to pay for him and his people vetting her. I have no words, really at the stupidity of this campaign.****
When she came to Georgia to campaign for Saxby Chambliss in the 2008 Senate run-off election Sarah had to pay for those expenses herself as well. You would think that since Chambliss invited her that he would pay for some of it. A flight form Alaska to Georgia might be pretty expensive.

Yes, she will, and I can’t help but noticing how her critics always end up looking really stupid.

McDemocrat never wanted to win. He thought Palin would Quayle Conservatism and kill it. It’s just the opposite. McLoser is a DOPE.

McCain is not going to come up in the presidential nomination process again he is too old. I wasn't talking about the presidential primary.
McCain is up for reelection for his Senate seat in 2010, and has several primary challengers. He needs to be defeated in the primary.

I believe McCain’s campaign staff are the culprits here. I think they also guided McCain into a loss on purpose. They are leftists moles who keep urging Republicans to move left to “attract moderates.” That keeps the Republicans who listen to them from running on conservative principles and getting elected, as they surely would.
They are also the ones who seemed to gleefully embarrass Palin and keep her offstage as much as possible. Why? Because she was injecting energy into the McCain campaign so that he might even win, and they are afraid of her in the future.

"She said when she asked the McCain campaign if it would help her financially, she was told McCain's camp would have paid all the bills if he'd won; since he lost, the vetting legal bills were her responsibility." Good night, I didn't realize McCain was such a vindictive creep. Can this possibly be true?
