If your point is that he is guilty of both murder and treason, I’d agree. He is also a terrorist. To me murder is the easier to prove. Charging and proving treason is important when the act that constitutes the treason carries a much less severe punishment than treason. That is not the case here.
As to the court of public opinion, I charge him with all 3 and those that disagree with aiding and abetting.
