Operations to improve the appearance of the sex organs for both psychological and physical reasons are on the rise.
I can’t think of one whose appearance I found less than acceptable. I would say all of them were equally attractive. What exactly would you change?

Seriously, as a woman, my opinion is that it is a sad attempt to remain as close to adolescence as possible. It is really pathetic. I am all for a chin tuck, facial peel, etc. But this, I would never consider such a procedure.
