This is not meant as a criticism of you cranked. But I heard the tarp bailouts were unconstitutional, then the health care and then cap and trade. Then why is it that no one is challenging them.? Why hasn't a case gone to the courts? Why do this companies let the government push them around? Why don't the citizens tell Czarina Polosi to get screwed? She dose not have enough cops to arrest everyone if they decide not to participate.

Won’t they just try to ammend the constitution or some such thing?

I mean, I think the Income Tax is unconstitutional - and you stand a 99% chance of going to jail if you don’t pay that.

Didn’t they pass that ammendment in the middle of the night while nobody was looking?

I’m starting really believe Zero & Co. are going to be the straw that breaks the camel’s back -

We live in interesting times...

I think people understand that the TARP bailouts are a one-time event, the TARP program is half-way complete, and there won’t be a TARP II because of no political support. So suing to stop TARP doesn’t make much sense now. Cap and trade and health care haven’t been passed, so there is no law to sue to overturn. I don’t think anyone can sue to stop proposed legislation in congress. If either of those bills is passed, I’m sure many people will sue to overturn them as unconstitutional.
