That's what I got also...it's either a bad link at Fox or they are showing other news while waiting for the live feed.
Here's the text posting at Fox...
DEVELOPING: President Obama is expected to announce Thursday plans for a jobs summit in December, an administration official confirmed to Fox News. Obama will make the announcement at the White House before departing on a trip to Asia.
The president's remarks come as the nation faces a 10.2 percent unemployment rate -- the highest since 1983. The Labor Department announced last week that 16 million Americans are out of jobs.

Bush’s fault. Speech over.
To: SonOfDarkSkies
Methinks that at this point even the average non-freeper type person is underwhelmed by the speechifying.

Can’t tune in here. Can anybody tell me to whom he sends the traditional and prestigious “presidential shout-out” before he gets going?

So I take it the Snob didn’t say “Boy, did I completely eff that up! We’re going to have to rethink this stuff.” ??

People were wondering about a bumper sticker for 2012. How about TOTUS saying, “Next, please.”

It always goes up on unexpected Thursdays.....I've come to expect every other Thursday having 'unexpected' job loss results.

The Fox Biz anchor just told Bill Hemmer that it’s not about “fudging the numbers” but just incompetence!

I noticed that Fox pulled the “breaking news” headline...maybe it was a false alarm (or Axelrod is jerking Fox’s chain by inventing a false story).

I caught the last few words (bad timing). Same old BS, same old lies about “saving or creating” millions of jobs...
But the funny part was, right afterward, Fox went into a story about how the stimulus numbers are bogus, and the anchor slipped up and said “cheating” instead of “creating” new jobs ;-)

Aw-w-w-w geez, it isn’t necessary to waste time watching or listening. It can be summed up with this transcript:
I I I I I I I , uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, I I I I I I I , uh, uh, me me me me me me me me, uh, uh, uh, uh, I I I I I and so on and so forth.

I saw that. The “cheating” slip was nice but it is great that they are telling the truth about these jobs that were supposedly “saved or created”.
