ANYONE who witnessed, and did nothing, is implicated in the crime and is guilty as (should be) charged...regardless of age. Maybe that will teach people (not just kids) something about personal responsibility and accountability.

I used to live in Berkeley and my Pediatrician was in Richmond. It has always been a rough area, but this is way beyond the pale. He covered her with his T shirt and tried to help her and to shame the others from attacking her.

I saw the interview and he was 21 years old, not a teen (technically an adult). Also, he came to help AFTER the scumbags had finished with her. The end of the segment showed him skateboarding down the sidewalk with his hat turned sideways. America’s future? I hope not.
