that's mostly correct but younger blacks are much more hostile than the older ones who actually lived under nationwide Jim Crow stuff were...especially up north....southern blacks have succumbed to thug culture in the cities too much but they still don't have that "glare" you get outside the south when you are white and speak as I do...blacks in the Deep South still are fairly nice to whites...
