So she says. Everyone seems to assume that she is telling the truth when she says she was 17 at the time.

Pageant participants are required to sign a contract assuring the pageant that they've never posed nude before they participate. As we all know, she did pose nude before the pageant. And she first claimed that those pictures were taken when she was 17, though others disagree:

It certainly is convenient, isn't it, that, just as with the nude pictures, she claims to have been underage when she video taped herself? Because if she was underage, it can't be distributed...

If she was underage, then of course this video shouldn't be distributed. But I'm not sure we should automatically take her at her word.
