Ft. Hood shooter reached out to Al Qaeda

The dirtbag who went on a killing spree in Ft. Hood apparently reached out to contact Al Qaeda terrorists. According to ABC News a radical mosque leader named Anwar al Awlaki posted a blog titled "Nidal Hassan Did the Right Thing," and Awlaki calls Hasan a "hero" and a "man of conscience who could not bear living the contradiction of being a Muslim and serving in an army that is fighting against his own people." Radical terrorists are his 'own people?' Frightening. Now the inevitable investigation begins - what did the CIA know and when did they know it? READ

Healthcare passes House

Nothing like sneaking a massive healthcare bill through the House on a Saturday night. Probably not a bad idea considering Nancy Pelosi compared this bill to the passing of Social Security in 1935 (payroll tax collections will begin to exceed benefits paid in 2016 and it will go bankrupt by 2040 or sooner) and Medicare in 1965 (promised to cost 12 billion by 1990 - it was 90 billion and is now $468 billion). It's like starting an energy company and saying 'we'll be just like Enron' or going on a date and hoping he's 'just like BTK.' The good news is it looks like the bill will have a tougher time passing the Senate. STORY

$25 billion for 0 jobs

One of the benchmark portions of the stimulus was the $25 billion devoted to creating green jobs. Professor Obama imagined a world of greener buildings and green jobs miraculously sprouting all across the fruited plains. So, he dumped $25 billion into painting shingles white and whatever else it is they do to 'green' buildings. The result? Zero jobs. Just another government 'success' story. READ

And the hate continues...

Hopefully the ACLU doesn't get their hands on the December issue of Fusion magazine because it contains material they would definitely deem hate speech. Glenn talks about things like 'faith,' 'redemption,' 'forgiveness' and it's all centered around one man: God. Yes, Bill Maher will call you a freak for reading about the 'imaginary friend in the sky' named God, claiming only an idiot would believe that stuff. And he has a powerful argument - usually when a couple of rocks bump into each other in space they end up creating a planet with an atmosphere conducive for human life. And those rocks usually do an awesome job creating those humans who have bodies that work perfectly with that ecosystem and heal themselves, reproduce, grow, etc. And rocks are known for their creation of sophisticated brains that think, remember, solve, i nvent, etc. And rocks never forget to include souls with emotions like laughter, happiness, sadness, joy and love. Obama Leaves Troops Hanging

Sting claims President Obama was sent from God to clean up the 'mess' around the world. What has the president done to clean up the 'mess' in Afghanistan? So far it has been more Professor Obama than President Obama, as he agonizes for weeks at a time before making a decision on helping our troops in harm’s way. In the latest Beck Talks video blog, Glenn shows all of the things Obama views as a 'crisis' that need urgent attention, and apparently our troops don't fit the bill. WATCH
