Unless they find a note signed by Osama himself specifically requesting Maj. Hasan to shoot up Ft. Hood, the investigators will conclude that they can prove that this is an act of Terrorism. Said note would probably have to be signed in Osama’s blood so that the FBI could do a DNA check and it would also need to be accompanied by at least 3 notarized statements attesting to its authenticity.
