WASHINGTON - The glow from a health care triumph faded quickly for President Barack Obama on Sunday as Democrats realized the bill they fought so hard to pass in the House has nowhere to go in the Senate.
..................
The problem is that the Senate won't run with it. The government health insurance plan included in the House bill is unacceptable to a few Democratic moderates who hold the balance of power in the Senate.

Hope this article is on target, but we opponents of this bill can't afford to let our guard down. Remember that the House wasn't supposed to pass it following the "no" message the 'Rats were supposed to have received from the voters on Election Day, yet O's personal appearance there seemed to have magically gotten enough of them to fall into line.

Bull, for 100 million every senator there will sell out this country. they will just buy them off one at a time.

Exactly, either that or remove anything that keeps it from passing in the senate and then bribe some of the 40 house whores who voted no to change their votes.
When you have a checkbook with an unlimited balance anything is possible add in foreign interests with big check books and a desire to see the country take a fall, how can they lose. This include promises of immense wealth once a house or senate member is defeated.
Being a dirty dem means never having to say you are sorry.

I will be at a Townhall with McCain on Thursday...get your questions together. If McCain can pursuade the senate not to vote for it, I might even vote for him...and that’s different than what I was saying yesterday. But this is so important.

Hope you’re wrong on that. But people like Soros are capable of these kinds of things.
To: justiceseeker93
It appears to me that Obama is able to garner so much bribe money from George Soros that he can buy anybody he needs to.

Now are Snowe, McCain, Graham, and a few other Pubbies reliable on this? Only time will tell.
To: Hildy
Yeah, as long as you understand McCain will say one thing and then do something else. Sorry, he has a history.

So far in the past two days listening to Fox news, I have heard Krauthammer, Bill Kristol, Steve Harris, and Brit Hume say this bill will not pass the senate...but keep the pressure on anyway!!

Sorry to rain on the future parade, but the Senate can't be trusted, including Joe Lieberman. The entire Congress is now about "helping" the poor pitiful lower-class that has no "health-care", which is a misnomer because they can get any help they need in any ER close to them.
The above has facilitated in the closing of ER's around the Country because so many use it as "urgent care" and never pay their bills. They use ER's for sniffles, rashes, and other.
Just think when obambi/reid/pelosi Triad pass "immigration reform" and allow the illegals to access the system. You think that won't happen? Then you are naive.

You are very very lucky. That meeting will be a free for all after the vote last night and considering a number of AZ Dem congressman that helped Pelosi.
Just ask him if he will let the Dems dismantle Medicare and Medicare advantage and force everyone into an SEIU run Medicaid plan ( which is the real strategy of Obama / Pelosi!
You may also want to ask how he thinks we can stop this run away train !
Good Luck .

Just think when the obambi/reid/pelosi Triad pass "immigration reform" and allow the illegals to access the system. From what I've heard, illegals can access the new "public option" according to the House bill just passed.
