Any old liar can twist and fabricate...
it is always difficult (and dangerous to one's career) to try to push something up the chain of command that the chain does not recognize or want to believe. A classic case was the 6 Day War. Israeli intelligence knew the Arabs were going to attack, but the official position was that they weren't. Consequently, men and women died because of it.
Similarly with Muslims in the military. Appropriate steps should be taken to get us on the right track again.
