It CAN be heterosexual.

Although your statment is true it is a deflection away from the fact that the term originated in the Gay community and those who use the term to describe the Tea Party attendees are using it in the Gay context so as to poke fun of those atendees.

I’d like to see evidence that the term originated in the gay community.. the only people I’ve ever heard talk about it are frat guys, people on this board, and apparently the President.

"poke fun"?

No. It is a mean-spirited, hateful, ugly, evil attempt to humiliate decent, concerned, America loving citizens exercising their Constitutional rights to protest together in public against the tyranny they see occurring in their beloved country.

There's no 'fun' about it. HolyO sees us (PATRIOTS) as what he stepped in when an aide walked the WH photo op dog in the yard. Sh*t on his shoe--concerned, decent American citizens mean NOTHING to him and his keepers.

Let him have his 'fun'. You know what they say payback is! 2010 and 2012--they're right around the corner.

Keep the faith!
