Same as Pelosi did for a couple of blue dogs, allowing them to vote no.
It was after those votes were immaterial to the final outcome.

Cao votes with the GOP all the time. You are so right about Boehner having him vote for his district which was the Jefferson district. Smart move IMHO.

OMG...Don’t you know what this means? Boehner released him to vote for it and make it a BI-PARTISAN bill! Today, it is being hailed as bi-partisan, so when it fails the MSM will hang it on the GOP, even though only one of them voted for it.
