Sounds like you got it worse than I did. I just notice the pain in cool, damp weather. And the numbness is just at a some of the fingertips.
She was taking her car to a mechanic. She probably was ampled up in anticipation. ;-)
He’s posted this stuff against her about 6 times. If he’s really a soldier as he says I would think he would give a person who just put her life on the line for military personnel her due.

She lives with her husband, who is a soldier, in a tidy community of ranch homes on the south side of Killeen. (Her neighbors described her as quiet and friendly.) Her husband...is currently assigned to Fort Bragg in North Carolina.

Wow, they can see into the future. There is so much conflicting reporting about the situation, I can understand the frustration. There is such pressure to get an article out that I think some reporters might be making things up... not like that hasn't happened before.
From what the docs told me the nerves in your fingers grow a mm a day.
Seems strange but i guess they were right.
It seems i only got a few mm’s left to full recovery.
