My understanding is that the cop who stopped him had a double through-and-through wond through both thighs. I wonder if this exotic caliber tended to overpenetrate, and not cause as much damage. If the killer had been shooting a 4 or 45 with ordinary hollow points, many of the 30 wounded might have been fatalities.

I don’t have info on it, but I’m dubious on this superpenetration theory of a significant number of casualties being hit only by bullets that had passed thorugh someone else first.

Unless it’s AP, and you’re wearing kevlar, this little poodle-shooter round is not nearly as “nasty” as it’s is being touted here.

I hope we show the international Muslim community that we are better than they are - because America is built upon Judeo-Christian foundations. Those very foundations are holding on with only patch mortar and glue, but they are still there.

Can we imagine the riots, burnings, killings, torture, and mayhem that would have occurred in a Muslim nation if a Christian or Jewish man had murdered and maimed so many Muslim soldiers?

God (the real one) makes us better, because He is true.

By the way, my prediction is that Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, Diane Feinstein, and Chuckie Schumer will attempt turn the debate away from Muslim murderers in our midst, and towards gun control.

They call for a banning of this caliber, semiautomatic handguns, and more gun laws.

This gives them political cover, changes the subject, fills them with false righteous indignation, and allows them an excuse to grab even more unconstitutional power.
