FORT HOOD, Texas – Soldiers who witnessed the shooting rampage at Fort Hood that left 13 people dead reported that the gunman shouted "Allahu Akbar!" before opening fire, the base commander said Friday.

I heard from a reliable source that I know, that this guy was known to Homeland Security and was being looked at. He had been transferred from I think Walter Reed to Ft. Hood because of many unsatisfactory performance evaluations. He was being swept under the carpet by being sent to Ft. Hood.

Can soldiers’ families sue the Army for wrongful death? I think they have QUITE a case. And the damages will be in the multi millions, and will come from the taxpayers, not to help the men and women of the army, but to cover the suffering of these families in this 100% preventable mass murder.
