I see Geraldo is already calling for the scumbag to get a trial in a civilian court.

Last night, someone had posted a page from his official military record. Contained thereon was his Social Security Number. Any guesses on how many applications for credit cards will be made using his name and SSN?

Was that before or after he gave away the positions of our military units by drawing in the sand on global tv.

Based on the general’s comment of, “His death is not imminent.”, I’d lay odds he’ll be given a military court martial, found guilty (as hell) and given a life sentance. Personally...line him up in front of a firing squad on the range. I’m sure there’d be a long line of volunteers...

Actually it might be good to have him tried in Texas--they have the death penalty there.

Geraldo was worried about people being suspicious of other Muslims after this incident. Like after 9/11, when the liberals thought the biggest issue was the danger that Americans might take it out on Muslims.

The 13 dead are victims of political correctness gone amok.

I wish Geraldo would choke to death on his own vomit.

Texas will do nicely.

“I see Geraldo is already calling for the scumbag to get a trial in a civilian court.”

In a Texas state court? He would end up strapped to a gurney in Huntsville — and probably get there quicker than he would reach a similar end through the UCMJ.

Doesn’t matter if he got a change of venue, either. Anywhere in the state would yield the same result.

hmmm

US military officer subject to UCMJ shoots fellow (subordinate) military members on a US military base. This qualifies for civilian trial in what way?

The good point is the federal death sentence is dependent upon the law of the state where the crime was committed. Texas is the best for that.
