Anybody familiar with the death penalty under the Code of Military Justice? If this guy lives long enough for a trial, and if he gets the death penalty, will he be in Leavenworth for the next 20 years or will the Army get rid of him pretty quick?
Couldn’t we just try and execute the SOB? I mean, for once let’s DEAL with the problem.
