The very DEAD shooter apparently .. who
tragically was first able to also kill a
civilian policeman, in addition to his
‘brothers’ in arms. Talk about a sicko
freak who evaded serious military scrutiny,
obviously .. beyond the pale.
How does some dude like this get to be a mental health professional in the military? Was he a medical doctor, perchance?
