DEVELOPING: A shooting at Fort Hood military post in Texas left 12 dead, including the shooter and as many as 31 wounded Thursday, the Army said.
The shooter was killed and two other suspects were in custody.

Emergency personnel have responded to the scene and evacuated several wounded.
