Maybe. Where I live, there is a shortage. The doctors don’t have it. Word is that we won’t get another shipment till December. I figure if you’re going to get the flu, you’ll have it by then...so what’s the point.

No you can't. There are massive shortages in all states and when they do get a small shipment in, they go to pregant women, toddlers and those with chronic illnesses that are high risk.
You can be high risk, but without a chronic illness, no shot.

Really...gee its funny my hospital has no vaccine available...hasn’t for weeks!
Give me the address of a private clinic in Texas that has some. I got my seasonal flu shot at the pharmacy of my local HEB. HEB hasn't announced any clinics for H1N1 vaccines. I don't see any minor emergency clinics advertising that they have H1N1 vaccine either.
No you can’t because the federal government is controlling the vaccine and only giving it to certain organizations.
