just talked to my friend who is there...she says she can’t get the over all cause she isn’t high enough up, but says there are thousands...she’s impressed with the numbers, for a week day...msnbc is giving this more coverage than fox...i’m disappointed...

It’s tedious, although if I travelled a long way to get there, I guess it would be neat to hear my Rep speak, which he did.
I’m happy to see them too but I get the feeling they know the people are angry and upset. So much so those sweet jobs they hold are in danger of being taken away.

I think we need to note who doesn’t show up.
NOBODY’s bitching. It’s just a simple fact that the steam goes out of the crowd — listen to the crowd when it began, listen to it now. People want to GO, they want to get in there and have THEIR say. They really didn’t come to listen to every single rep. I agree it’s a great thing it’s happening at all, but now is the time to let the people do what they came to do. This is NOT about the pols, it’s about US.

Short speeches are soon forgotten if there is 50 of them are given straight in a row. The crowds are getting restless and momentum and passion will begin to dissipate. Stop the talking and start the walking!
