I don’t know.
Most people in the United States have pre-Revolutionary Colonial ancestors, but may not know it. Just off the top of the head, I’ve got at least five different family lines that go back that far, and at least four out of five of them served to overthrow British monarchic rule.
Of course, everyone has ancestors as old as everyone else’s, but that’s a different discussion... ;’)
I've read that if you have ancestors that were here previous to 1690, then, due to the entire population of people being so small, that you are related to every other American currently alive who also can trace their ancestry back to a person living in America previous to 1690 - and I believe that I read that Barack Obama's American ancestry DOES go back there, and so although he may not be interested -- but some day his daughters might be interested in this. And all of them would be be related to many millions of Americans, who simultaneous are all related to oneanother through those very early ancestral connections.
