Axelrod: Well, i think you have to look at what those races were. The New York-23 race was the one race that was really a microcosm of the national debate. The other races in New Jersey and in Virginia were really state races very much focused on state issues and Jersey was very much focused on Governor Corzine. But in New York-23 the issues that we're discussing every day in Washington were very much on the ballot and particularly because of the purge of the republican candidate by the right. It became more so and what you saw was a pretty vigorous turn out there yesterday in a district that had been held by a republican for 140 years and a democratic candidate won. I think that sends a strong message here.
Garrett: But the democrats still had just a plurality win, not a majority win.
Axelrod: I didn't hear that point made when Mr. Christie got 49% in Jersey. I didn't see the republicans saying well, he didn't get a majority so we're just counting our victory. The point here is a democrat hasn't held that seat for 140 years and won running on the Obama platform. Vice President Biden was in there the day before the election campaigning vigorously for him so we're pleased with that result and we think it sends a message to other democrats that when we stick together and we fight for the right things we're going to do well.

I think Axelrod is smarter than Obama, and is the daily handler for Obama. I think the real marching orders come from a group that would likely be led by George Soros.

Has Axelrod even been to NY-23?. This is surely one of the craziest statement ever to come out of the WH. Was he salivating heavily when he said it by any chance?
I laughed when I saw this on FOX earlier. Who do they think they’re kidding?
Irrespective of what Axelrod says publicly, this was a huge shift in independent support. Independents watch FNC, I believe in greater numbers than they watch either CNN or MSNBC.
Simply put, I think David Axelrod is one of the biggest lying bullsh*t artists on the planet, he lies so often that absolutely nothing he says can be believed. He taught Bambi and Deval Patrick all they know, including how to read teleprompters. I don’t think Bambi would make a single executive decision without his ok, pathetic.
I was thinking about that. This election was a big win for FOX News. I think that the White House thought they would be able to really stir up their base in these elections if they just put a face of evil on it (ala Fox News and Rush Limbaugh).
It backfired big time!

I believe their overt takeover of private industry, their personal attacks on dissenters, their pay Czar determining salaries, and their attempting to take over the health care industry, all while exempting themselves, was a wake up call for some who were caught up in “Obamania” and thought he should be given a chance to succeed. I bet the “youth” did not even bother to vote.

I don’t expect anything out of an interview with David Axelrod, so I’ll skip it.
I take him at face value. Seriously. If that’s the way they want to see it, I wouldn’t interfere with that at all.
As for me, the man’s analysis is consistent. If that’s what they are taking from it, then I’m fine with that, not that my opinion matters.
But he is one greasy slimy axlerod.
So, Bammy going FIVE times to NJ doesn't matter, but BIDEN going "in there the day before" sends a message? WTF? He might as well be speaking in GERMAN...
