I’ve been voting for a few decades now. Never heard of machine breakdowns, counting chads, etc. until the FL debacle. Now it seems to be happening frequently. What gives?

You know what it is, I’m sorry to say.

Good ‘ole corruption.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Night all.

we got those new “computerized” machines for the first time here in Erie County, NY.

I’ll never forget the voting machine salesperson testifying before some govt group - admitting that whoever programs the machines controls the vote...

I’ll take a lever machine any day of the week - they can work without electricity!

We had great voting machines in NY State. The big clunky kind with the curtain and lever. Fool proof. We didn't mess around with cards or electonics.

Then Gore lost in FL and the idiots in DC made a big deal about needing to upgrade the voting process nationwide. Lots of the NYS districts now use the crummy card scanners and the workers don't even know how to make them work properly.
