Good post Yankee Reb. It is the Democrat way to circumvent elections whenever possible. Go directly to the stacked Supreme Court here in NJ or just appoint someone when the incumbent is taking a “header.”

It’s showing Corzine at 50%? As of 1100 PST, Intrade has Corzine at 45% (That is not a prediction of the number of votes, it's more like what the traders think his chance of winning is.)
