Gunmen shot dead a former KGB spy in his car a few hundred yards from the office of Vladimir Putin.

I think this was tit-for-tat for the guy they threw down from the building in Vienna. I think they threw him down to send a message but they ran out of Polonium. Okay, I’d love to hear other theories. :-)
