I'd like to clarify one thing to the MSM...

Everyone knows that it was a "photo-opp" for obama...we don't really need Rush to tell us that...but...Rush has the vocabulary, the power, and the forum to let the rest of the world know that WE are onto them...that the trickery isn't working.

Rush achieved his popularity - not by telling us what to think - but by saying what we already think. If he could "tell us what to think", then we'd be DEMOCRATS.

Conservatives are individuals, and therefore not as susceptible to "groupthink" as the lefties. For instance, if Rush told conservatives to "go jump off a bridge", we'd probably flip him a bird and say "hell no".

But, if obama told his constituents to "jump off a bridge", the line would circle Manhatten four times.

To the libs: if you don't want Rush shining the light of truth on you, then do things you don't have to hide.

This was a photo op, pure and simple. He simply cannot stay out of the way of a camera or teleprompter. When will he actually sit down and make decisions regarding the war over there?

The answer? When it's politically beneficial to him.

If he were serious, he would have done it in private with no photos. This was nothing but a photo op to undo things like.....

.....Refusing to put his hand over his heart for the National Anthem.

.....Refusing to wear a flag pin.

.....Apologizing to the world for how "bad" the USA is.

.....Bowing to King Saud.

.....Saying the USA is not a Christian nation.

.....Saying the USA is the largest muslim nation.

I cold go on. The point is, he knows he is in big trouble with most ordinary Americans. A photo of him doing this would have been good for him....except....the story of how and when it happened got out. Now he looks like a disingenuous creep.

I can tell you why - I have family members and many friends in the military - including Afghanistan.

Our TROOPS have first hand and tragic knowledge of his total disdain and disrespect for their lives and for their mission.

He isn't worthy of the title CIC. His new ROE and dithering, has month after month, caused higher KIA’s each succeeding month than the first year of the war.

He has the blood of our soldiers on his hands - maybe you are not familiar with the new ROE he put in play this year? Maybe you think our troops can continue fighting without the heavy losses when they are undermanned and underarmed. "Respect" is more than a photo op salute that only required a a few minutes travel. You think he has a heart. You think he was sincere, You think he recognizes the honor and valor of a soldier.
