I would like to point out that Rush got some answers wrong. Or at least he could have answered them better. If a poll says that 26% of Americans favor “Congressional Republicans “ its because of the word Congressional, not the word Republican. Most Americans could not name a Republican Congressman; not even their own. But they do remember a bunch of people who were in congress in the first part of this decade who did not do any of the things we elected them to do.

And thats part of the second question Rush did not answer correctly. When we are for conservative republicans instead of liberal republicans, Its because we are for the Republican platform. And just because someone gets there name on the ballot as a republican does not mean they will work for the agenda. We are a big tent party but we have ideals. This is not a club. And we are more true to the ideals than the politician that just wants to win.

We already filled congress once with people who said they were republican without regard to how republican, and we regretted it. Next time they will be real republicans. Not perfect, but at least trying to do the right thing.

Especially minute 14 —exactly what distinguishes Rush from others, and why he will CONTINUE to be popular and relevant. They tried to get him to claim credit for Glen Beck’s success and he WOULD NOT TAKE THE BAIT.

He’s not only funny and original, but he’s humble and self-effacing —the key to his longevity.

JUST WOW..! He is a class act —the conservative Johnny Carson.

Rush would hate for me to observe that he is looking trim. That’s important because we NEED HIM TO STAY LIVING. Not only cuz he’s great, but more importantly cuz almost all our others TOTALLY SUCK.

We will NEED him to stay healthy for at least another 20 years, so I’d prefer for him to also quit smoking.

If Rush dies...? WE ARE SCREWED.
