Sure. Buy this old house for 1 dollar and then pay a fortune to relocate it. What a deal. Clearly there is no land deed involved in the purchase.

Or just have it dismantled and sell the remaining pieces as scrap—which are clearly worth far more than $1.00.

I don’t recall any bailout funds for house movers. Must be in the next stimulus bill.
