If no buyers come forward, the village will demolish the houses, which many residents say hold an historic value.

Fine. Then pony up $1 per house. It shouldn't be that hard, now should it?

They cost a buck BUT, the homes have to be physically moved to a new piece of property. Quite a misleading headline.
