Nope. I'm sure she wanted to endorse the Dem, she knew she SHOULD endorse Hoffman, so she said:

She didn’t say that. She said her supporters are free to vote as they see fit to do so, in other words not to vote at all or vote for Owens, and she didn’t have time to address all the things that were said about her, and her name is still on the ballot. What a self-serving statement, but what did we expect?
