TEA PARTY EXPRESS II ROLLS INTO WASHINGTON STATE! RALLIES TO BE HELD IN PUYALLUP ON FRIDAY, KENNEWICK & SPOKANE ON SATURDAY. (FROM THE ROAD IN CENTRAL OREGON) - The national, cross-country tour titled, Tea Party Express II: Countdown to Judgment Day (www.TeaPartyExpress.org) is rolling into Washington State to host Tea Parties in Puyallup (Friday 6:00 PM), Kennewick (Saturday 9:00 AM), and Spokane (Saturday 2:00 PM). The Tea Party Express II: Countdown to Judgment Day will hold rallies that seek to educate, entertain, and encourage patriotic Americans who are concerned about the quasi-socialistic policies being pushed by the Obama/Pelosi/Reid administration. Momentum has grown for the tour, as word of mouth, grassroots organization, and media coverage has been helping turnout large energetic crowds who support the conservative message.
The Tea Party Express II caravan features two 44-foot coaches along with a group of several support vehicles, and will host rallies with conservative speakers and singers. These stops are part of a national tour that will span 19 days, 38 cities, and cover more than 7,000 miles. The tour marks the one-year point from the 2010 elections, when numerous members of Congress will be targeted for defeat as a result of their support of higher deficits, growth in the size and intrusiveness of government, higher taxes, bailouts and more. Here are the details on upcoming Washington events: Events for Friday, October 30th:
6:00 pm: Puyallup, WA Puyallup Fair & Events Center 110 9th Avenue SW Puyallup, WA Events for Saturday, October 31st: 9:00 AM Kennewick, WA Tri-Cities Southridge High School Auditorium 3520 Southridge Blvd. Kennewick, WA 99338 2:00 PM Spokane, WA Spokane Convention Center 334 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. Spokane WA. 99016 The Tea Party Express II is a 19-day, 7,000-mile journey across the country with a caravan of vehicles holding tea party rallies in 38 cities across America. The Tea Party Express is advocating for less government spending, an end to the bailouts, lower taxes, opposition to government-run healthcare and opposition to the growth in the size and intrusiveness of government in general. |

May God be with each and every one of those marching in these tea parties, and may their ranks swell exponentially.

We were with the Tea Party Express Tour from the launch in San Diego on Sunday, through Southern and Central California, through four cities in Nevada and then back to Walnut Creek in Northern California on Wednesday. Great crowds everywhere! We the people are fed up with socialist government!!

We plan to rejoin the Tour in Texas and go all the way to Florida.

We had about 1000 in Portland on a Friday afternoon.
Another 500 would have showed up if we didn’t have such a parking problem.

TP Express should be in Washington DC Nov 2 to oppose the monster law to socialize medicine forever.

Report from TPXII email:
"We are in Puyallup, Washington and it's amazing. A crowd of thousands so big the fire marshall moved out part of the crowd. More people kept arriving and there is now a giant crowd inside and outside, and they are not letting anyone else into the venue.
Here's a picture of just one tiny slice of the "inside" crowd here in Puyallup. You simply can't imagine how many more are here inside beyond the frame of this picture and then the huge crowd outside. Our spreakers are going outside to address the overflow crowd outside."

"P.S. We'll keep updating our trip reports on the Tea Party Express II rallies at our blog - including going back and adding more details, pictures and news accounts of the rallies that have taken place over the past 4 days: http://teapartyexpressblog.blogspot.com/

Good news and bad news.
The good news is, the weather is forecast to be good in Rapid City.
The bad news, the maps associated with the Tea Party Express visit schedule for Helena, MT and Rapid City, SD still show Coffeyville, KS. Helena is on the day eight schedule, Rapid City is day nine. Guess we will depend on local news and word of mouth. Thanks for trying.

I was there! A huge crowd of 3,000 or more! The movement is growing with increasing momentum!
We need to start writing our representatives now. They think they can sneak their monstrosity in; thinking we are not watching.

I could have kicked myself. I took this fantastic Olympus film camera. Went to Fred Meyers, Safeway and three other mini marts in Puyallup to buy film. No luck. I should have taken the Canon EOS but it needed a charge.
If I spent more time looking for film, I would not have got inside the Expo Hall. It filled up quickly. Here are some photos from:

People must have partied too hard last night to get more pictures out.
