Me too. Maybe he does have another chance to rescind this endorsement. On a thread yesterday, I expressed that I have been dumbfounded by Newt's insistence (even calling her the "future of the GOP") on standing by this obviously liberal candidate (to the left of Owens). The only speculation that I've come up with is he's testing the resolve of the social conservatives and is floating a trial balloon of a potential watering down of the Republican platform regarding abortion and homosexuality (clearly there are many of the establishment GOPer's (Steele) who have floated this). It would explain some others who are also in this Scozzafava endorsement crowd.
