My take is that the judges, etc, know that there will be intense violent civil unrest if 0bama is removed due to ineligibility.
They need to understand two things - first, the upholding of the law is of utmost importance, and that riots will pretty much be contained in their own neighborhoods, causing upwards of 100’s of dollars in damages.

Your premise is incorrect: I don't believe a judge could remove Obama from office. All they could do is identify the truth of the matter, with respect to the birth documentation. At that time, it would probably be up to the legislature to remove him through impeachment. The important thing is to get to the truth of the matter, (regardless of whether Obama is removed from office).

I’m not really sure why they would worry about riots. They would just burn down their own neighborhoods.....as in the past.

My take is that the judges, etc, know that there will be intense violent civil unrest if Obama is removed due to ineligibility. So what? There have been numerous incidents of "intense violent civil unrest" throughout American history, and the country has survived all of them with its Constitution and law (at least theoretically) intact. If judges are afraid to uphold the law for fear of domestic violence, they should resign immediately. You can't preserve a republican form of government if the integrity of the judiciary is compromised by thuggery! Think of Germany in the 1930s.
