This is a first. I just heard on the radio that the case was dismissed. I have never heard the BC issue mentioned on the radio news.

“What shall we bet on now?”
“we?”
You reneged on the Sept. hearing, missy...
I don't make any more bets from deadbeats like you.
Now run-along and quit bothering me.

DO we know if this is legit? Anyone do research on it- it’s not the first time we have been duped. I say it is bogus until we hear from Orly or Alan.

Regarding all the “After-Birther’s” gleefulness on this Constitutional issue, giving the usurper a free hand to dismantle our country, right now as we speak, this Bible verse gives me and others comfort that one day he WILL be exposed!!!

Is it anywhere else? This may be a hoax - we’ve been down that road before? I say it’s not legit.

"DO we know if this is legit?" It's posted on PACER. It's legit.

So it’s on the radio? Oh well.
To: Lurking Libertarian
Thanks for that... I was gonna say, as a “Lurking Libertarian” you’d better not be dismissing 3rd parties! ;)

“Indeed it is. Foreign terrorists and illegal aliens have standing. American citizens, presidential candidates, and military personnel do not. “
Silly, silly argument.
Standing for what? None but one of the groups you mentioned have any more standing in this case than the other. A presidential candidate would, but only before the winning candidate is sworn in.
You’re comparing apples to oranges and getting upset that neither are a peach.

It’s on PACER. Pony up the 8 cents a page.

This is such a load of BS. We were told by the coursts we had to wait until he was elected, now we are told he is elected and it is too late. Every constitutional lawyer I read on this issue, over a year ago, agreed the time to bring the case was between the election and the inauguration.
Judge Carter agrees with that assessment, and he chastises Orly Taitz for delaying the action, through bickering with Kreep, until the day of the inauguration, and then not serving the papers properly. Obama wasn't properly served until August, when Carter had to force her to serve the papers in the middle of a court hearing. If she hadn't, the case would have been dismissed then and there.
Carter said the same during the hearing, and Orly refused to listen.

Maybe you should tell Orly to get a foreugn terrorist or illegal alien as her plaintiff in the next suit.

We were told by the coursts we had to wait until he was elected, now we are told he is elected and it is too late. Which court ever said that? Link, please?
To: Prof. Jorgen
You dont think the liberal media and the Obama supporters are going to be using those now to make us all look bad???Is it more important to YOU as to looking good in the eyes of the SRM, or to uphold and defending the Constitution, I'm just asking a simple question???

Indeed it is. Foreign terrorists and illegal aliens have standing. Have standing to do what? Challenge who is the President?
To: LucyT
Exactly! They are going after Orly now. But there are others who will come after her if they manage to disbar her. With the latest perjury witch hunt, I will be glad if disbarring her is all they do as punishment to an attorney who does not do as they are told in the name of political correctness.

Then why has Hussein spent $1.7 million to date to keep his birth information secret, and how can the judge rule on the question without demanding to see personally the documentation that 0bama is in fact, "natural born"?
You've been suckered. There's no reliable accounting of how much money Obama has spent "to keep his birth information secret," just information about how much his campaign paid in total for legal work.
As far as why the judge ruled the way he did, read the ruling -- he explained it very clearly. He said that even if Obama were not a natural born citizen, once he's been elected by the Electoral College, confirmed by both houses of Congress, and sworn in by the Chief Justice, he can only be removed by impeachment.
That sounds logical to me, and it does make you wonder why Orly couldn't get her act together before the inauguration took place. Judge Carter obviously wondered the same thing.
To: chris37
The only result I want is to have 0bama produce his long form birth certificate.
Why? The Certification of Live Birth is an official state document proving when and where he was born.
Beyond that, if the courts choose to ignore their own previously stated definition of natural born citizen, then I guess it's their business.
Actually, Judge Carter commented on that issue, and he doesn't see it your way:
"3. Plaintiffs presume that the words of Emmerich de Vattel, John Jay, and John Bingham alone empower this court to define the natural born citizen clause. The Complaint conveniently chooses to ignore Congress long history of defining citizenship, whether naturalized or by birth. See Charles Gordon. Who Can be President pf the United States: The Unresolved Enigma, 28 Md. L. Rev. 1, 7-22 (1968) (contrasting 150 years of active Congressional legislation against judicial restraint)."
(Footnote, page 22)

Seriously, the gloating is a bit much isn’t it? I mean if you don’t have anything useful to add at this point, why bother? Or, are you a person that just likes to rile people up to get a reaction out of them, and to bolster your own ego?
Also, the disparaging remarks that paint all ‘birthers’ as a massive group of people that you feel comfortable in stereotyping — that is REALLY a shame. It is THAT attitude that the liberals point to when they say Conservatives are a bunch of bigots. You’ve already made up your mind that ANYONE who questions Obama’s legitimacy deserves to be laughed at, in fact, that determination was made in your mind a LONG time ago. You do NO-ONE including “non-Birther” Conservatives any good engaging in this type of commentary, especially here...
