She's got so much tuna, she should have trapped 'em, driven 'em to the nearest farthest animal shelter and made the owners haul out there to bail out the little darlings. After a couple of long drives and embarrassment, maybe the owners would keep the critters inside.

Of course, driving out with specially purchased cat traps isn't cost-free either but it beats pouring pee on the neighbor's tomatoes...
