President Obama continues to face criticism over what some say is a campaign that seems like it never ended.
The London Telegraphs U.S. editor, Toby Harnden, writes: Beyond the grand announcements, fine speeches and his eager acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize, Mr. Obama has yet to achieve anything of substance. It is time for the campaign to end.
The Politico newspaper says the presidents trip to Florida this week: Looks like a campaign swing... the strongest sign that Obama is in campaign mode is that his scheduled events sidestep controversial issues.
The stimulus and health care reform are not on the focus of his Florida speaking agenda. And so far this year, the Politico reports the Democratic National Committee has, paid at least $5.9 million... to do a range of work that will boost the party as a whole, and also lay the foundation for Obamas re-election campaign.

His re-election campaign begin when he spoke on the west steps of the U.S. Capitol after swearing to uphold the Constitution which he trashes day-in and day-out.
Obama’s doing the only thing he does well. He doesn’t make decisions (as our Afghan soldiers are learning). He doesn’t lead (as Pelosi has learned while she sets the socialist agenda). He has no ideas (as we have all discovered waiting for “hope” and “change” to become specific). The Community-Organizer-in-Chief is absolutely fabulous at delivering platitudes and convincing the unproductive that those empty words constitute a great reason for voting socialist. It just seems odd that Obama is doing that three years before the election instead of attempting to learn the job he has today.
I actually give him credit for doing two things well:
Smoking and threatening the media
(although the second is largely done through surrogates).
He has done a great job of hiding his Birth Certificate and a ton of documents from his pre-senate days.
More Hope and more Change for the worse.
The Permanent Campaign is just the Social Democrat standard Operating mode now. Clinton did it. It got him a second term. So Hussein is following up on a successful strategy. What most of us think of as Governing is not really relevant to SocDems. What is important to them is Power and Rule.
