I should have added to my post below yours, I also don’t think she should be charged with anything, other than possibly being a loon.

But, this happened in England, so even in a hospital room she was a “subject”.

In the US, she should, at least so far, have some rights to select caregivers and participants. At least, I have recently decided who would provide the personal care my Doctor ordered.
