Bingo. Manipulating existing material is much less ground breaking than actually creating from nothing, the DNA, the matter of life. They cannot do this, so the next best thing in their minds is being able to manipulate existing material to take the form of something else. My kids did that with play doh. Look mommy a fish, no wait (as he squishes it up) look mommy a race car!
Create the play doh-er- matter needed to make the sperm and the egg. You still need men and women you dodo’s. Ya can’t do it without their stem cells, or a human baby’s stem cells. Killing one to make the ingredients for another is barbaric, not progress......
