John Garamendi hates insurance companies, insurance agents, Steve Poizner, policy holders and Northern California. Witness how his insurance regulations were aimed at making Northern Califonria subsidize Southern California - witness his idioc handling of executive life's collapse where thousands of policyholders lost their life's savings.
Now Garamendi is carving out a new niche of stupidity and is stooping to new political depths. He sent out an attack ad against David Harmer - which also happens to be the name of his opponent in the CD-10 runoff.
Problem: Which David Harmer was that anyway?
Lets' help out the real David Harmer with some camp DOUGH so that he can win this race!?

I am also contacting the NRCC to ask why they are supporting Scozzafava in the race in upstate New York, and why they are ignoring David Harmer in this close race in California’s 10th district. Here are the numbers if anyone else wants to call:
Info from the NRCC "contact us" web page: Contact the NRCC

Also, perhaps those of us who donated to the RNC or RCCC should ask for our money back so we can support the conservative candidates of our choice.

Candidates I support: Doug Hoffman for Congress, NY 23rd (PayPal), David Harmer for Congress, CA 10th (website for info). Please, spread the word about these important special elections on November 3, 209: New York’s 23rd congressional district and California’s 10th congressional district. |
Hi. My name is David Harmer. (short bio) My opponent says David Harmer ... Is my opponent a liar? No, he had the wrong David Harmer.
That’s what happens when you carpet bag a district. Garmendi doesn’t even live there
When the thinking is as deep as the adhesive layer of a bumper sticker, why mess with the first impresion?
Priceless. Rat mistakes his opponent for someone else with the same name.
I’d prefer though that the rat’s allegations that Hammer supports coastal oil drilling were true. But that likely wouldn’t play in that district.
The allegation wasn’t that Harmer supported off-shore oil drilling, but that he supported sending jobs off-shore.
My bad. My mind must have played a trick on me.
It wasn’t your mind playing tricks on you, it was RedState screwing up. This is what they wrote (and you read in the posted article): “He denounced David Harmer, his GOP opponent for supporting coastal oil drilling.”
But if you click on “Read More” and go to RedState’s original source, you learn that the actual accusation, which I had read about a few days ago, was as follows:
“The Garamendi mailer states that his Republican challenger David Harmer supports off shoring jobs and cites a story from the Utahs Deseret News from April 23, 2004.”

Ooops, not RedState; it was RedCounty that screwed up.
:^)
If Garamandi feels any need to attack his Republican opponent in such a strongly DemocRAT district, he must be getting worried.
