BOR is a coward on the issue and the two lawyers on his program completely misrepresented most facts and (of course) conveniently left out the fact that Barry's father was a foreign national and Barry (therefore) had foreign citizenship passed on to him (via his father, and ADMITTED by Barry on his campaign web site) and was therefore BORN a dual national (assuming HI birth, which is as of yet unproven).
In the other videos, BOR says "nobody cares." He is either totally delusional or totally afraid of the issue cause that statement is an outright lie.
FWIW... here’s my take on O’Reilly
1) He has been phoning it in...does no homework & little prep
2) He is a little envious of Beck ratings and has nearly been co-oped by Beck...so, relying on his former “top-dog” position, he digs in his heels, plays it safe and hopes the Beck phenom fades away.
3) But...even when he has Beck on his show, he most often plays “grown-up” to Beck’s “crazy uncle in the attic.”
4) Seems like no one is going to go after the “birther” issue until Ailes gives the go-ahead and/or it actually gets into court
5) I think 1, 2, 3, 4 is a mistake on O’Reilly’s part.
#4 is actually where O’Reilly might be able to distinguish himself but that would require much homework on his part and some compelling arguments to present to Ailes.
