Here is simplified map with some of the regulations. I would have to go into the Sail Directions to get the details of the TSS. I see I grossly unreported the tidal currents-their warning sign goes up to 13 knots.

You can see a lot of traffic on the Google Earth images for the area.
I guess that answers my question. Maybe they should go to a ground radar based system? Unless I missed it on the map.
