The FoxNews weather babe was predicting a high level of weather activity in the area tomorrow morning. She didn’t think they would get a window. That was earlier today.

I wondered whether at least some of the countdown delays today were due to TOTUS flitting around Florida airspace.

C'mon, who you gonna trust, weather babe, or rocket scientist?
Okay, rhetorical question.

This is such a bad joke. We have no money for this. The rocket into the moon was a total failure. There was nothing. They won’t release the spectrograph because a 10 year old child could have told them there is no water on the moon because their is no oxygen. The sickening bill for this crap being served up to my grand children is CRIMINAL!! Stop this madness!!
To: NCC-1701
The rocket in the lower picture is a 60s “muscle rocket.”

Weathermen love warm fronts.
I was a meteorologist so long I can now look in a girls eyes and tell weather (whether).
Seriously, the problem is not that the Aeries or the shuttle can’t stand the 20 mph wind that it canceled for this am, but It can’t handle the stresses millions of pounds of thrust would be put on the airframe to overcome the affects of the 20 MPH wind. (I hope that came out OK. I know what I’m trying to say, but not sure it was clear for everybody else).
It is amazing how much a light wind on the launch pad affects the slow moving rocket. I saw rockets that could not fire in a 15 MPH surface wind, but could handle winds of over 100 MPH at 50,000 feet.

I understand your feelings but the one on top is
privately owned. Which will in the long run do more
to move us off this dirt ball.
