Once that COLB hit the internet, according to Hawaiian Law, the guy had no "right of privacy." Each of us, according to Hawaiian Law, not Obama Lore, has the right to see supporting documentation, and all amendments.

The law has been changed but when Obama was born, the law was different. Since Stanley didn't immigrate into the US I'm sure the Dunhams could have come up with a much better cover story for the baby's arrival. Now if he were simply adopted, everything becomes clear.

You may be correct on that, but I'm not sure if, in the case of child born out of wedlock whose father's identity is known and whose father is a British citizen, that such a child becomes a British citizen at birth - under the British law in effect in 1961.
For what it’s worth, we have Stanley Ann’s divorce papers (minus the missing page which probably showed Obama’s birth certificate). But we DON’T have the marriage records.
She went through the motions of pretending to be married. Indeed, she MAY have been married. But it’s not certain. If she was married in the U.S., then it would be considered bigamous and would be invalid. If she married in Kenya under sharia law, then the marriage may have been valid, but that raises other issues.
It’s not impossible that she got a divorce to clear the record and settle custody, even if she was NOT properly married in the first place.
This early investigation by an ex-CIA agent is largely speculative, but it does consider the implications of some of these things, which we simply don’t know for certain.
On a side note, Michelle is gramatically challenged, considering that she is supposed to be an elite Ivy League lawyer:

Thanks, I noticed that but I have posted so many rants lately about improper usage of pronouns that I decided to sit this one out. It is amazing that someone can be passed off as brilliant because of having a Harvard law degree and not even comprehend pronoun usage that used to be taught in public primary schools.

Actually if she was in Mombasa, no need to be single. Polygamy was and is legal there. So if married there, rather than Hawaii, it's legal marriage, and recognized as such even under US and British law. IOW, it really goos up the works, which are pretty sticky as it is.
Rumor in the town that was the home town of the man who married his mother, and then died before he was born has it that his "father" was really his paternal uncle. But the real father was already married at the time. So the biological father's brother married her instead. Probably drove the guy to drink resulting in the car crash. Interesting that the "fathers" of the last two "rat occupants of the White House, were drunks who killed themselves in single vehicle car crashes.
Another early lie. Obama claimed his father Obama Sr. was part of the Kennedy airlift to the US for a university education to ingratiate himself to the Kennedys, but in fact his father was part of the Mboya Kenyan airlift in 1959 when Eisenhower was president. The Obamas can lie from any position.
So what Michelle was saying, is that her husband is a liar and a bastard? That is what they are hiding?
