I think Fox is afraid of the issue. Lise said this has been litigated....well, if you call getting dismissed for “lack of standing” litigation. And she also said he produced the documentation from Hawaii....well, that’s news to me.

EVERY case brought for this cause of action, including one brought against McCain for the same reason has been dismissed for lack of standing. Why? Separation of powers.
