Kerchner et al vs. Obama & Congress et al Lawsuit Decision Appealed to Federal 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, PA

JAMESBURG, NJ – (Oct. 27, 2009) - Attorney Mario Apuzzo of Jamesburg, NJ, today filed an appeal with the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, PA, on behalf of plaintiffs Charles F. Kerchner, Jr., Lehigh County, PA; Lowell T. Patterson, Burlington County, NJ; Darrell J. LeNormand, Middlesex County, NJ; and Donald H. Nelsen, Jr., Middlesex County, NJ; challenging the recent decision of Judge Jerome Simandle, Federal District Court, Camden, NJ, dismissing the lawsuit charging that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, has hidden all his early life records including his original long-form birth certificate, early school records, college records, travel and passport records, and has not conclusively proven to any controlling legal authority that he is Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 constitutionally eligible to serve as the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military.

Obama was born a British Subject to a British Subject father and Obama is still a British Subject/Citizen to this day since he has never renounced it. According to this lawsuit Obama was born a dual-citizen with dual allegiances, is not constitutionally eligible to be the President and Commander-in-Chief of our military

All good points. He has lied over and over. He defrauded millions of Americans to the tune of almost a BILLION dollars, that doesn’t even get to TART, the Porculus Bill or any of the other things he has done to in-debt this Nation for Generations to come.

That man needs to rot in prison in my opinion. He has done this Nation great harm.

I am flat broke, but I will tell you what, I will go door to door collecting bottles in order to donate to an organization doing that.

I'm about broke too, but would sell stuff to contribute. Look how much Hoffman in NY is getting to run up there. (By the way, hope he Wins!) Anyway, if someone could get a Big Coordinated Effort going, I would borrow, sell, do whatever I could to donate to That effort. I think a lot of other people would too. I wish all the major players would have a week long "Convention" and really hash out a game plan. I'm not an attorney, but as I understand it, any US attorney can file a Quo Warranto challenge, i.e., it doesn't have to be the US Attorney from the District of Columbia. C'mon Mario, Ed, Leo, Orly, Gary and all the other attorneys and paralegals working on the Eligibility Issue, come on and work together on this. Millions of Americans would support you in a big coordinated group effort. . .

The other co-conspirators should include Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic National Committee, ACORN, and quite possibly the U.S. Supreme Court for failing to fully look into the matter. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. There is no telling how deeply this fraud runs. If there are riots and cities burn, as much as I hate to say this, so what. Bill the DNC for the repairs. They are responsible for whatever unrest will occur when zer∅ is removed from the WH. This fraud has to end. BTW, what's the latest from Judge Carter's court on Orly Taitz's case? It's been nearly three weeks since he's took it under consideration for dismissal or allowing it to proceed for discovery.

You will find a copy of a letter, on White House stationery, signed by Barak Obama, to the hospital, supporting them, and stating that they are his place of birth. Then Google the words "Obama born hospital".
