If Hofmann has a legit shot at winning I’m all for him. But Newt is right that going the third party route is the way to screw yourself.

Good point - if it wasn’t for Ross Perot, Bill Clinton would be a minor foot-note in history.
I don’t know, if the Republicans become the “moderate” party with 40%, the democrats the “liberal” party at 20%, 40% of the reps would be “conservative” party.
I could tolerate that.
WE THE PEOPLE didn’t have the internet, tea parties, and town hall protests back then, so a large number of people were ignorant, uninformed, or misinformed.
