Newt answering questions about NY23. Defending the Scozzafava. Says that Hoffman is outside the district. Claims that Scozzafava is a solid fiscal conservative but social liberal. Claims all of Hoffman's money is coming outside the district. Make a point that it was the local GOP that nominated Scozzafava and that they know more than outsiders what is right for the district.

Well Newt -in case you hadn’t noticed- Georgia is pretty far outside of that district.
Newt was very convincing but I’m not buying it. I am sick of RINOs and this is one in the making.
I heard tonite that local Rep council only had 4 Rep council members voting on Scaffazo’s nomination!

Newt did say she is a ‘liberal Republican’ on social issues. Not quite - she is a liberal Democrat on social issues.

Pretty certain I heard most of DeDe’s money is coming out of district too. From the GOP. From Planned Parenthood...from all those lovely national liberal groups she is so proud of.
Newt ought to be ashamed of himself. He knows this is what usually happens in most races. He hasn’t had a problem with it.

So, is all of that NRCC money from ‘the district’? Why is Newt involved if we should only pay attention to in the district support. Stop attacking the conservative.
